Refund policy

 

NON-WARRANTY Return Policy: Great Day Inc. has a money back guarantee on products that are returned within 30 days of receiving your order.  If we did not ship the item directly to you, the original purchaser, then a receipt will be required.  (EX: If you, the original purchaser, bought a gun rack and had it shipped to John, then John would need the receipt to return the item.)

In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us at shop@greatdayinc.com for an RA#.  Once you receive an RA# all items must be returned within the 30 day time period. We will not accept non-warranty returns after 30 days. A 10% restocking fee and a $5.00 processing fee will be applied on all non-warranty returns. 

 

Orders refused at delivery will be assessed a $5 processing fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been shipped.

 

Please note:

We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Keep your receipt, this is the only tracking you will have.

 

Delivery and Damaged Shipments:

You must call or email us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know of any shipping damage or we will not be able to issue a refund.  1) Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. 2) Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery. 3) If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material.
